介绍了阀门出厂试验和型式试验在保证产品技术规定和使用寿命及反映阀门产品质量方面存在的问题。分析了阀门启闭扭矩测试列入产品质量检测项目并建立阀门扭矩测试标准体系的方法和目的。给出了阀门启闭扭矩测试规程及其扳手测试和阀杆轴向力测试规程和测试装置。

In the paper the necessity of delivery test and type test are introduced in the aspect of guarantee product specification and service life,as well as existing problems with product quality. Listing the valve opening and closing torque test into product quality test program and establishing methods and purpose of standard system for valve torque test are analyzed. Valve torque test methods and the test methods and test device for torque wrench test and stem axial force test are presented.
