摘要
介绍了核电站地坑用电动闸阀密封罩壳在系统中对阀门执行功能的保护和密封作用及对其抗震分析的必要性。基于ANSYS有限元分析,作出了阀门密封罩壳壳体和阀门的耦合抗震分析,采用轴对称结构的半解析有限元技术,给出了密封罩壳上封头及法兰模拟分析的过程和结果。根据ASME规范对相关部件进行应力评定和强度校核,验证了密封罩壳结构在SSE地震载荷及设计组合载荷作用下的适用性和完整性。
The ground pit electric valve sealing shroud provides protection and sealing for ground pit electric valve,and is an important component to ensure that electric valve perform specified functions,it is required to withstand safe shutdown earthquake.Based on ANSYS finite element software,the coupling seismic analysis of valve sealing shroud and ground pit electric valve is carried out.Quasi-analytic finite element method with axisymmetric structure is used to simulate the head and flange of the shroud.According to the ASME code,the evaluation of stress and strength check of related components was made.The results showthat,nuclear sealing shroud can maintain the structural integrity in the combination loads of SSE seismic load and design loads.
