介绍了双剪切盖爆破阀开启动作模拟仿真过程和输出结果。给出了计算机数字模拟仿真的显示算法、模型简化的目的及其材料参数的设置。分析了双剪切盖缓冲管变形的最终变形量及其对爆破阀开启动作的影响。

In this paper,the simulation process and output result of opening action of squib valve with double shear cover are introduced,the display algorithm of computer digital simulation,purpose of model simplification,and the setting of material parameters are given,the final deformation of the buffer tube with double shear cover and its effect on the opening action of the squib valve are analyzed.
