摘要
介绍了快速球阀在风洞系统中的快速启闭特性、使用条件及适用工况,分析了风洞快速球阀研发过程中各个阶段的风险识别过程和方法,确定了快速球阀关键部件在研制过程中可能存在的9项风险源,针对每一风险源给出了具体的技术风险应对措施,从而消除了影响阀门性能潜在的失效模式,保证阀门的运行质量和可靠性。
The paper introduces the features of rapid opening/closing,operation conditions and the suitable operating mode of the fast ball valve in a wind tunnel system,analyzes risk identification process and method of the wind tunnel fast ball valves in the process of research and development at all stages,nine possible risk sources of key components of fast ball valve in the process of the development are identified,specific technical risk countermeasures are given for each risk source,as a result,potential failure modes that affect valve performance are eliminated,the quality and reliability of valve operation is ensured.
