Fuzzy identification method for collision risk assessment of multi-ships encounter situation

在海上船舶会遇碰撞危险的评价中,双船会遇局面碰撞危险的评价方法比较成熟。但对于多船会遇局面,由于国际海上避碰规则没有给出具体的避让指导意见,使得避让方法复杂,进而造成多船会遇局面碰撞危险的评价困难。目前大都采用双船碰撞危险的评价方法进行,但由于其局限性,很难与实际情况相符。作者针对多船会遇局面的特点,利用新的模糊识别方法,对多船会遇局面的碰撞危险进行评价,结果表明,该评价方法是可行的。

In collision risk assessment between ships, there are many good methods suitable for two ship encountered situation. But in multi-ships encouter situation, because there is not clear guidance in the International Regulations for Preventing Collision at Sea, the action taken to avoid collison is complecated. It further makesthe assessment of collison risk in muilti-ships encounter situation difficult. In view of the multi-ships encounter situation authors apply fuzzy identification method for collision risk assessment. It shows that the method is reliable and practical for application.
