摘要
DNA微阵列技术是一种新型的有力工具 ,它可以同步、快速而有效地分析大量核苷酸杂交试验。DNA微阵列技术的应用包括 :基因表达分析、多基因突变和多态性检测、疾病诊断和分型、研究疾病分子机制以及药物筛选和疫苗开发等 ,本文简要介绍了 DNA微阵列技术并综述了其在这些方面的应用。
DNA m icroarray technology is a new and powerful tool that allows the sim ultaneous analysis of a large number of nucleic acid hybridization experim ents in a rapid and efficient fashion.The development of DNA m icroarray chip has been driven by modern techniques of microelectronic fabrication,m iniaturization and integration to produce what is referred to as“laboratory- on- chip”.The power of microarray com bined with other analysis tools allows expression analysis,comprehensive analysis of multiple gene mutation and polym orphism detection,disease diagnostics and sub- classification,elucidation of m olecular mechanism of disease,as swell as medicine design and vaccine development.This paper briefly introduces the technology and reviews its application on these aspects.
