摘要
聚乳酸及其共聚物是一类可生物降解的高分子聚合材料 ,具有良好的生物相容性。研究发现微球形式的聚乳酸可作为多肽及蛋白质类药物的载体 ,通过其自身降解来调节药物释放 ,用于骨组织工程及其它医学领域的研究。本文介绍了聚乳酸及其共聚体的微球缓释系统的性质 ,并对其研究和应用的进展情况综述如下。
PL A/ PL GA is a kind of biodegradable polymers with good biocompatibility.It was found that PL A - MS can be used as a carrier m aterial for proteins and peptides and the drug release rate could be controlled by the degradation of PL A/ PL GA- MS.The material was applied in bone tissue engineering and other medical research.This article introduces the characters of te controlled release systems(PL A/ PL GA- MS) ,and also reviews the research and the applications in the medical area.
