Present situation and advances in treatment of chemical injury of eyes

眼的化学伤病理过程复杂、损伤重、治疗难、预后差。本文对眼化学伤后促上皮再生 ,减少炎症因子释放 。

Chemical injury of eyes may produce complicated pathology process,serious injuries,with difficulty in treatment and bad prognosis. This paper gives a general review on the present situation and advances of chemical injury of eyes by reconstruction of ocular surface by medical means,promoting epithelium regeneration of ocular surface,reducing release of inflammatory factor,reducing collagenase activity,and the surgical therapy of reconstruction ocular surface.
