Study on the preventive materials against scar formation after laminectomy

腰椎板切除术后硬膜外瘢痕的形成是下腰椎手术失败综合征的重要原因之一 ,同时给再次手术带来困难。目前 ,预防椎板切除术后硬膜外粘连的材料众多 ,动物、临床实验研究结果也不尽相同。

Epidural scar formation after lumbar laminectomy is believed to be an important probable cause of the 'failed back surgery syndrome'. Adhesive scar tissue can render reoperation technically difficult and hazardous. In present,there are all kinds of materials for prevention of scar formation after laminectomy. The experimental and clinical outcome of these materials are not the same. This review is a general view of the study of these materials.
