独活寄生汤加艾灸治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效观察及免疫学指标分析

To observe the clinical efficacy and immunlogic assay of curing atrophic arthritis with decotion of lovage jisheng and moxibustion

目的 观察口服独活寄生汤加艾灸治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效及免疫学指标改变。方法 将临床确诊为类风湿性关节炎4 8例随机分为治疗组与对照组各 2 4例 ;治疗组口服独活寄生汤加减 ,每日 1剂 ,早晚服 ;在关节及穴位处加用艾灸 ,每日 1次 ,每次 2 0min。对照组口服消痛灵 0 2 5 ,每日 2次 ;两组共治疗 6 0d。结果 治疗组免疫学指标自身前后比较差异显著 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ,与对照组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 独活寄生汤加艾灸能有效抑制体液免疫而治疗类风湿性关节炎。

AIM To observe the clinical efficacy and immunlogic index change in curing atrophic arthritis with decoction of lovage jisheng and moxibustion. METHODS Divid 48 case of atrophic arthritis which have been diagnosed clinically into two groups,eg Ⅰ(therapeutic group) Ⅱ(control group)Ⅰ; take a dose decotin of lovage jisheng orally per day (taken night and morning),contined with warming moxibustion in joints and acupoints (once daily,20 min) Ⅱ;take naproxen 0 25,twice daily.The course of the treatment is 30 days. RESULTS The immunologic index of Ⅰ changed greatly after treatment( P<0 01, P <0 05).The conpration between the two groups shows that the immunologic index differ greatly ( P <0 05). CONCLUSION Curing atreopphic arthritis by using decoction of lovage jisheng and moxibustion can inhabit humoral immunity effectively.
