摘要 目的 研究大剂量抑肽酶在长时间体外循环中对出血量、输血量及血小板的影响。方法 选取两组病例各 30例 ,一组应用抑肽酶作为实验组 ,另一组不用抑肽酶作为对照组 ,观察它们在CPB术中、术后总输血量、总引流量 ,分别记录其术前、术后血小板的变化。结果 实验组总输血量、总引流量较对照组减少 (均P <0 0 5 ) ,差异有显著性 ;两组病例术后血小板均较术前减少 (均P <0 0 1) ,而两组病例术前、术后血小板比较无差异 (均P >0 0 5 )。结论 在长时间CPB中应用大剂量抑肽酶能明显减少输血量 。 AIM To study the effect of large dose of aprotinin on the amount of haemorrhage,blood infusion and BPC in long time cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB). METHODS 60 patients were invovled in this study and divided into two groups,one is experimental group with aprotinin,and the other used as control without aprotinin. The total amount of blood infusion and drainage was observed during and after operation. The change of BPC before and after operation was compared. RESULTS The total amount of blood infusion and drainage in the experimental group is significant less than those in control group( P< 0 05). The amount of BPC is decreased after operation in both groups copared with preoperation( P< 0 01), while no significant difference was found between these two groups( P> 0 05). CONCLUSION The amount of blood infusion could be reduced greatly with the administration of large dose of aprotinin in long time CPB,howerever, it has no effect on the amount of BPC.
