硫氧还蛋白互作蛋白与胰岛功能及胰岛素抵抗的相关性 被引量:2

Correlation between Thioredoxin Interacting Protein and Islet Function and Insulin Resistance

摘要 目的探讨血清硫氧还蛋白互作蛋白(TXNIP)水平与胰岛功能及胰岛素抵抗(IR)的相关性。方法选取初诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)肥胖患者(BMI≥25 kg/m2) 30例为T2DM肥胖组,T2DM非肥胖患者(BMI<25 kg/m2) 30例为T2DM非肥胖组;以同期接受体检的健康者30例为对照组,收集3组对象的一般资料,采集空腹血液样本,检测空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)、血脂指标(HDL-C,LDL-C,TG,TC),ELISA法检测血清TXNIP水平,收集数据并进行统计分析。结果 (1)T2DM肥胖组、T2DM非肥胖组、对照组血清TXNIP依次降低(P<0. 05);(2)Pearson及Spearman相关分析显示血清TXNIP与HOMA-IR、BMI、FPG、Hb A1C、FINS、TG、TC呈正相关(P<0. 05),血清TXNIP与ISI、HOMA-β水平呈负相关(P<0. 05);(3)线性逐步回归分析显示ISI、BMI为血清TXNIP的独立影响因素。结论 T2DM患者血清TXNIP的升高可能参与了胰岛素抵抗及胰岛细胞凋亡的发生。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum thioredoxin interacting protein( TXNIP) concentration and islet function and insulin resistance( IR).Methods 30 obese patients with newly diagnosed T2 DM( BMI<25 kg/m2) were selected as group A,30 non-obese patients with T2 DM( BMI<25 kg/m2) as group B,and 30 healthy people receiving physical examination at the same time as control group C.The general data of the three groups were collected,and the blood samples were collected after 8 hours’ fasting. FPG,FINS,HbA1 C and blood lipid were detected. Serum TXNIP level was detected by ELISA.Statistical methods were used to study data correlation.Results(1)The serum TXNIP levels in A,B and C groups decreased in turn( P<0. 05);(2)Pearson and Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum TXNIP levels were positively correlated with HOMA-IR,BMI,FPG,Hb A1 C,FINS,TG and TC( P<0. 05),serum TXNIP levels were negatively correlated with ISI and HOMA-β( P<0. 05);(3)Stepwise regression analysis showed that TXNIP level was independently correlated with ISI and BMI( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The elevation of serum TXNIP in T2 DM patients may be involved in insulin resistance and islet cell apoptosis.
