摘要 大型新能源公司测风塔基础数据采集、处理、管理、分析、挖掘等方面存在不同程度的偏差,为此提出测风塔全生命周期管理,分析测风塔选址的合理性以及测风数术在风电场发电量提升、数据分析、二次规划环节的重要性。通过对整个风电场测风塔数据周期全局掌控,进行前期测风、投产数据、产能后评估依据等各阶段的大量基础测风数据分析,从源头把控风电项目设计偏差。通过探讨风电场测风塔数据收集可行性,加强对项目的准确评估,为效益提升提供可靠数据支撑,将风电场测风塔全生命周期数据作为衡量产能依据,采用大量实时数据技术作为故障预警、设备诊断、运行优化、标准化提升的基础依据,将测风数据进行闭环式管理,为风电场设计建设各个环节提供精准的数据支持。 There are different degrees of deviation in the basic data acquisition,processing,management,analysis,mining and other aspects of wind tower in large new energy company.Therefore,this paper proposes the full life cycle management for wind tower,fully analyzes the rationality of site selection of wind tower and the importance of wind test technology in generating capacity improvement of wind farm,data analysis and secondary planning.Through the overall control of the wind tower data cycle in wind farm,we analyze the large amount of basic wind data in each stage such as pre-test wind survey,production data,post-production evaluation basis,in order to control the design deviation of wind power project from source.Through the discussion of wind tower data collection feasibility in wind farm,we strengthen the accurate evaluation of the project,to provide reliable data support for the promotion of benefit.Taking the full life cycle data of wind tower in wind farm as a measure basis of capacity,we adopt a large number of real-time data technology as the basis data for fault warning,equipment diagnosis,operation optimization and standardization promotion,and implement the closed-loop management for wind data,which can provide accurate data support for all aspects of design and construction of wind farms.
