摘要
积灰会影响到光伏组件对太阳辐照量的接收,从而造成输出功率下降。针对大理地区的气候特点,通过模拟与实测相结合的方法,对该地区积灰及雨水冲刷对组件发电性能的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明少雨的1—5月份,各月积灰造成的组件输出功率的衰减为11.4%~13.3%,组件积灰较长时间后输出功率下降明显,积灰90日后,输出功率下降21.6%。雨水冲刷研究结果表明,经历6—10月份的雨水冲刷后,测试积灰组件相对发电效率由78.1%上升至90.0%,雨水对清洁光伏组件表面灰尘效果明显。
The dust deposition on the surface of photovoltaic module will impact its reception of solar radiation and reduce the power generation efficiency.Aiming at the climatic characteristics of Dali,this paper studies the dust deposition and the rain washing impact on power generation efficiency of photovoltaic modules by combining simulation with actual measurement.The results show that the situation of power generation efficiency degradation caused by dust deposition in different months is similar from January to May with less rain,whose range is between11.4% and 13.3%.The power generation efficiency of photovoltaic module decreases obviously after a long term dust deposition,which can be up to 21.6% in 90 days.The rain wash research results show that the power generation efficiency of the dust deposition module increases from 78.1% to 90% after undergoing rain washing from June to October,which is significantly improved.The cleaning effect of rainwater on the dust deposition on the photovoltaic module surface is obvious.
