燃气轮机分布式能源系统主设备选型软件开发

摘要 为推进天然气分布式能源项目开发,开展燃气轮机分布式能源项目规划和前期方案研究,自主开发了国内首套燃气轮机分布式能源系统主设备选型软件,从而快速进行主设备选型、性能计算及技经分析。基于能量梯级利用原则,结合燃气轮机分布式能源系统选型优化的先进技术理念和实际项目反馈经验,采用Matlab软件及其优化算法建立了燃气轮机产品性能数据库及性能修正、燃气轮机联合循环热力性能优化、燃气冷热电三联供技术经济分析等计算模块,实现了主设备选型工作的软件智能化替代。介绍了软件开发思路、功能与主要界面,举例分析了某燃气轮机分布式能源项目的选型计算,并将软件结果和项目可研报告进行了对比,结果表明:软件的热力性能计算结果准确,技经分析接近可研深度。软件功能齐全,操作便捷,满足项目前期方案研究需求,能在诸多方案中优选最适合的方案,提升了项目投资决策效率。 To promote the development of natural gas distributed energy projects, and carry out the planning of distributed energy projects and research on the preliminary scheme based on gas turbine, the software for selecting the main equipment of the gas turbine distributed energy system has been independently developed, which can quickly select the main equipment, calculate the performance and analyze the technical process. Based on the principle of energy cascade utilization, in combination with the advanced technology concept of gas turbine distributed energy system selection optimization and experience in actual project feedback, MATLAB software and its optimization algorithm is adopted to establish the gas turbine product performance database and correct performance, thermal performance optimization of gas turbine combined cycle, gas heat and cold electric trigeneration technical and economic analysis and other calculation modules. The intelligent software replacement of the main equipment selection manual work is realized. This paper introduces the idea, function and main interface of software development. The model selection calculation of a gas turbine distributed energy project is analyzed, and the software results are compared with the project feasibility report. The result of software application shows that the thermodynamic performance calculation is accurate, and the technical analysis is close to the depth of the project feasibility report. The software has complete functions and is easy to operate, meeting the research demand of the project’s preliminary scheme, selecting the most suitable scheme among many schemes, and improving the efficiency of the project’s investment decision-making.
