摘要
用扫描电子显微镜技术和对整装细胞选择性抽提的方法,研究了ts LA 90细胞系的中间纤维(IF)体系的超微结构。进一步证实了IF体系是与细胞核相联系的、疏密不匀的网络结构,且遍布整个细胞质区.这一方法可高度清晰地显示IF体系超微结构的一些特征.
The ultrastructures of intermediate filament system (IFS) in tsLA90 cells of whole-mount are studied by serial selective extractions and scanning electron microscopy. It went a step further to demonstrate that IFS is a kind of network of uneven density spacing all over the cytoplasmic area. The characteristics of ultrastructure of IFS are very clearly shown by this method. It furnished more information to the methodology.
