摘要
研究了平阳霉素与异博定联合应用对小白鼠肺纤维化的影响,结果表明,异博定与平阳霉素联合应用,肺内病变有一定程度减轻,肺内毛细血管数量增加,使肺内血运量增强,药物在肺内积累减少,从而减低肺的毒性.
The effect of pingyangmycin combined with verapamil on pulmonary fibrosis in mice are studied. The results show that the combination relieved some of the pulmonary lesion brought about by pingyangmycin, the pulmonary capillary numbers axe increased and the blood supply is enriched. The drug accumulation might be thereby decreased in the lungs and the toxicity of pingyangmycin to lungs might be reduced.
