摘要
采用硫酸溶解预先焙烧的钐钴粉 ,化学中和法除稀土、铁和钙镁后用P2 0 4萃取铜、锰、锌等杂质 ,再用P5 0 7萃取分离镍和钴 ,制得的氯化钴溶液用来制备高纯氯化钴。钴回收率大于 90 %。
The Ni and Co are separated by using the following process from the Co containing scrap: vitriolizing dissolution on the pre-roasted scrap, P204 extracting Cu, Mn, Zn after the Re, Fe, Ca and Mg are removed by chemical neutralization process, and then extracted by P507. The purified solution is used to manufacture high purity CoCl 2, the Co recovery is more than 90%.
