In this paper, in allusion to the problems appeared at pinch roll trial run. started with the function , operational principle, structural feature and parameters of pinch roll , the analytic investigation has been made systematically for pinch roll , a series of calculations has been taken, the corresponding re-solve plans have been put forward, the improvement of pinch roll has been completed.
