摘要
对广州钢铁集团股份公司电炉厂60t DC电弧炉导电炉底维护困难、炉龄低的问题进行了分析,阐明了机 械、热力学、热化学、操作及设计等因素对导电炉底的影响,并通过降低EBT高度、优化炉底维护工艺等措施,改 进了导电炉底的维护技术,从而提高了炉龄.
In view of the difficulties with the maintenance of the 60t DC EAF conducting hearth at Guangzhou Iron and Steel Group Co. Ltd. , and its short campaign life, an analysis is made of the mechanical, thermodynamic, thermochemi-cal, operational and design factors affecting the furnace' s conducting hearth. As a result of the analysis, the furnace' s campaign life is increased, and the maintenance technique of the conducting hearth improved, by decreasing the EBT height and optimizing the maintenance procedures.
