避免空压机喘振的有效措施

摘要 进气过滤芯变脏,进气管太细或太长,级间温度太高,排气压力设定值高于设计值,节流极限(TL)设定 太低,空压机的空气流道变脏,以及叶轮磨损或损坏等,都是引起空压机喘振的原因.针对这些原因,提出排除 空压机喘振的有效措施在于合理的设计安装和在运行时积极做好日常的维护工作. It is found that the contamination of the air-inlet filter and the air passage, too thin or too long an air inlet tubing, too high an inter-stage temperature, the outlet air pressure higher than the setting, too low a throttle limit(TL) setting, and the worn-out or failure of the impellers are all responsible for the air compressor's surge. Based on these findings, effective measures are put forward to eliminate the surge, including correct installation of the compressor and proper routine maintenance of it.
