The clean coals for cokemaking at SGIS come from various areas and in various types, which will inevitably result in a quality fluctuation of the coke made. In view of these, the quality of the cokemaking coal is stabilized, the accuracy of coal blending is increased, an even heating in the coke oven is realized, and finally the coke quality is enhanced, by strengthening the supply management of the cokemaking clean coals, adopting a proportional control system (PCS) for coal blending, and implementing the 'four-technique' procedure for coke oven management.
