摘要
着重探讨了在“三效统一”及“生态经济学”原则指导下,开县山区资源的合理开发与经济振兴;找出了贫困山区资源优势与低水平的初级开发共存的基本特点;进而指出了既能促进尽可能快的经济复苏,又可保持生态环境系统良性循环的途径以及一些有关的政策问题.
The rational utilization of mountainous resources and econom- ic development are studied in acoordence with the rules of eco-economics. The major characteristics of coexistence of abundant natural resources and primary exploitation are found.Furthermore,the ways about how to promote the economic recovery rapidly and how to keep the benign ecological cycle are put forward.
