摘要
简要介绍并分析了几种传统智暴法;提出了一种新的创新技法———网络群体创新系统即网络智暴法,给出了网络智暴法的定义及特点,分析了网络智暴法的实体3要素,最后讨论了系统总体方案及运作流程。
Several conventional brainstorms were introduced and analyzed. It put forwards a new innovative method, Net Group Innovative System, and Net brainstorm, gave out its concept and traits, analyzed its three substantial factors, and lastly discussed general scheme and operational process of the system.
