摘要
机械振动影响着电子秤动态测量过程中质量的测量精度,以电子秤和被测物体为研究对象,应用机械振动原理,分析了机械振动对电子秤在动态测量中所产生的误差,利用力学模型和数学模型对该误差进行了计算分析,归纳出控制动态测量误差的一般公式,得出了秤体质量与被测物体质量之比是控制机械振动对电子秤测量误差影响的主要参数,从而为电子秤的设计与制造提供了依据。
In the dynamic measuring process of the electronic-weighing system, mass measuring precision is affected by mechanical vibration. Aimed at this weighing system, and with the help of the principle of mechanical vibration, the paper analyzed the error of the system caused by mechanical vibration during dynamic measuring. It set up the mechanical models and mathematical models, deduced the general formula of the error and the parameter to affect with the precision of weighing system, provided the basis for the design and manufacture of electronic weighing system.
