摘要
2-羟基苯乙酮或2-羟基苯丙酮与甲醛和芳香胺的缩合物在氯化氢-无水乙醇溶液中可直接发生 Mannich 反应,得到2-羟基-3′-芳氨基苯丙酮(1)或2-羟基-2′-甲基-3′-芳氨基苯丙酮(2).用 IR,~1HNMR,^(13)CNMR,MS 和元素分析确定了产物的结构.~1HNMR 证实:2-羟基苯乙酮或2-羟基苯丙酮与甲醛和芳胺缩合物发生反应时,反应发生在与羟基相连的甲基或亚甲基上.
In the presence of ethanolic-HCl solution,Mannich reaction is carried out directly among the condensation compounds of arylamine with formal dehyde and 1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1-ethanone or 1-(2-hydroxyphenyl) -1-propanone to form 2-hydroxy-β-arylaminoketone.The structure of the Mannich base is deduced from IR,~1HNMR,^(13)CNMR,MS and elemental anal- ysis.Mannich reaction of 1-(2-hyrdoxyphenyl)1-ethanone and 1-(2-hydro- xyphenyl)-1-propanone with formaldehyde and arylamine proceed exclu- sively at the CH_3 or CH_2 α to the carbonyl group.Twelve Mannich bases of 2-hydroxyphenylalkylketone with arylamine are synthesized.All of the compounds have not been reported.
