摘要
研究了4,5-二溴邻硝基苯基荧光酮(DBON PF)与铜的显色反应条件,在pH8的硼砂-硼酸介质中,有OP存在下,DBON PF与铜 形成紫红色络合物,最大吸收波长为590nm,测得有色络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1 27×105,铜量在0~15μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。方法灵敏度高,快速、简便。应用本法测定了铝合金中微量铜,获得了满意的结果。
