摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法测定了长角血蜱及其血淋巴、脑、卵巢等部位的保幼激素,给出了样品预处理和样品分析的最佳操作条件.在λ=218nm 时检测,JHⅠ和 JHⅡ的最小检测量分别为27.6和19.7ng,实验回收率分别为92.3%和79.5%.
Juvenile hormone in Haemaphysalis longicornis and its hae- molymph,brain,ovary are detected by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography,and the optimal operating conditions are presented. When UV detector at 218 nm,the minimum detectable levels are 27.6 ng for JHI and 17.7ng for JHⅡ.The recoveries of JHI and JHⅡ are 92.3% and 79.5% respectively.
