在详细分析接地簧片零件工艺性的基础上 ,设计制造了1副10工位级进模 ,该模具不需采用任何非垂直运动机构即可使零件各处的弯曲达到理想效果。并详细介绍了模具结构特点及设计中应注意的问题。
Based on the detailed analysis of the technological property of the grounding reed part, a set of 10-position progressive die was designed and manufactured. With the die, the bending of reed part at every place could reach the ideal result, without using any non-vertically moving mechanism. The die structure characteristics and the points needing attention in the design of the die were introduced in detail.
