摘要
利用羽髓细胞短期培养、空气干燥制片、Giemsa染色,做了朱鹮的核型和性别鉴定.染色体2n=68,10对大染色体,其余为小染色体,一对性染色体,雌性为ZW,雄性为ZZ,W染色体长度约为Z染色体的一半.
The feather pulp cells are cultured for chromosome preparations which are air-dried and stained with Giemsa.Two birds of them are studied for sex identification and karyotype analysis. The results show that, one N. nippon, Xin Xin, is a female(ZW) bird while the other, Yang Yang, is a male(ZZ)one. The total number of chromosomes presents 2n=68, in which there are 10 pairs of maco-chromosomes including a pair of sex chromosomes, and the rest of them are micro-chromosomes. The length of W chromosome is about half of the Z chromosome.
