我国高等职业教育发展的回顾与展望

Retrospect and Prospect of Development of China's Higher Vocational Education

我国高等职业教育的发展划分为四个阶段,所涉及的影响因素主要包括改革开放营造的氛围、高等教育固有的缺陷、高等职业教育本身的优势、党和政府科学发展的理念以及高等职业教育者的执着等。研究发现,我国高等职业教育的未来发展主要取决于是否坚持办学的就业导向、是否注意保持育人特色与提高教育质量并重以及是否加快高等职业教育内部的结构调整等。

The development of China's higher vocational education involved four periods.Its influential factors include the phenomenon resulted from our reform and opening to the outside world;the defects of our higher education;the advantage of higher vocational education itself;the concept centering on the party and government's scientific outlook on development and the rigid of our higher vocational educators and the like.The research shows that the future of our higher vocational education depends on whether we adhere to the employment-oriented education;whether we lay equal stress on educational characteristics and quality improvement and whether we accelerate the internal structure adjustment of higher vocational educational.
