妊娠期糖代谢异常的母儿遗传问题 被引量：2

摘要 随着经济发展和人们生活水平的提高,妊娠期糖代谢异常的发病率逐年升高[1]。妊娠期糖代谢异常包括妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)和孕前糖尿病(pregestational diabetes mellitus,PGDM)。其中,妊娠前患有1型或2型糖尿病称为孕前糖尿病,其对母儿产生严重不良影响。妊娠期糖尿病在不同的种族和发展中国家发病率有所不同,
