局部晚期子宫颈癌的新辅助化疗进展

摘要 <正>子宫颈癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一。在中国,子宫颈癌的发病率约为9.98/10万,死亡率约3.25/10万~[1]。其中,局部晚期子宫颈癌(locally advanced cervical carcinoma,LACC),即局部病灶>4 cm或有宫旁浸润者,即2012年国际妇产科联盟(International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics,FIGO)分期为Ⅰb2、Ⅱa2期及分期≥Ⅱb期者~[2]。因其治疗困难,成为子宫颈癌治疗中的一大瓶颈。由于子宫颈癌的传统治疗模式是'放疗为主,早期手术,化疗无用'的观点。
