同种免疫因素在复发性流产中的作用及研究进展

同种免疫型复发性流产发生机制复杂,目前尚未阐明,临床针对同种免疫复发性流产的检测、评估及淋巴细胞免疫治疗手段均存在较大争议。国内外学者在同种免疫与自然流产方面做了大量的研究,淋巴细胞免疫治疗机制可以归纳为以下几种学说:封闭抗体学说,主动免疫学说,组织相容性与易感基因学说,淋巴细胞免疫平衡学说,孕酮诱导的封闭因子学说,生物免疫治疗学说等,本文对几种学说及临床应用进展介绍如下。
