罗湖术式在女性先天性生殖道畸形手术治疗中的应用及相关问题探讨

Female genital tract congenital malformations are of different types and protean clinical manifestations and series of Luohu peritoneal vaginoplasty could be applied to their surgical treatment. Luohu I & II laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty is an effective and simple surgical method for class I female genital tract congenital malformations. Luohu III technique is an original technique,which is considered as the way to solve the problems of preservation of uterus in congenital vaginal atresia type II. Luohu IV technique is performed successfully for distal vaginal atresia( congenital vaginal atresia type I). It's important in our common approach to carefully define the anatomy before performing any reconstructive procedure. The appropriateprocedure timing is crucial to female genital tract congenital malformations prognosis.
