贫困地区经济发展总体水平考察指标初探——以宁夏西海固地区为例

Study on the Index of Examing the General Standard of Economic Development in Poor Areas——An Example of Xihaigu Area

对于贫困地区,仅以社会生产总量指标(或相应的人均指标)并不能反映经济发展的全貌。对此,本文选取了城镇化水平、社会生产中物质消耗水平、产业结构水平等三个指标,来衡量贫困地区的经济发展总体水平。文章以西海固地区为例,确定了该地区与宁夏及全国的相对差距,并对其经济发展总体水平作了简要评价。

Considering the GNP cann't reflects the whole of the economic develo-pment in poor areas, the paper chooses 3 indexes-urbannazation level, mate-rial consumption level, industry structure level to examine the general standand their economic development. By comparing 3 indexes of Xihaigu Areawith these of Ningxia and the country, the paper determines the gapbetween Xihaigu, Ningxia and the whole country and appraise briefly thegeneral standard of economic development of Xihaigu Area.
