长期以来,已有研究只是从'集中力量办大事'的单一角度讲述中国共产党领导的制度优势,对于建立'四个自信'尚缺乏足够的说服力、话语力、价值力和引领力。新中国成立70年来,中国共产党领导的制度优势集中体现在以组织力为核心、以生产力为导向、以创造力为中心、以执行力为保障、以发展力为基石,塑造了组织的先进性、战略的前瞻性、决策的科学性、治理的绩效性以及发展的和平性这五大基本特征,而这些基本特征的累积叠加与相互强化,推动了中国共产党始终勇立潮头,敢于自我革新,不断带领中国人民从胜利走向更大的胜利。中国共产党的成功之道在于引领治国理政的主导力量——马克思主义政治家集团、指导中国共产党治国理政的主流思想——中国化马克思主义、推进中国共产党治国理政的主事原则——利害相一致、保障中国共产党治国理政的主轴制度——民主集中制、张扬中国共产党治国理政的主旨情怀——为人民服务的共同作用。中国共产党所领导建构的制度与党性人(组织)有机结合之路,开创了马克思主义使命型政党推动公共权力监督、国家繁荣发展与世界和平进步的新境界。

For a long time,the institutional advantages of the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC)have only been addressed from the perspective of'mobilizing all resources to do big things.'There are still not enough persuasiveness,discourse,value,and leadership to establish'four self-confidences.'Over the past 70 years,since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the institutional advantages of the leadership of the CPC have been embodied in the organizational advantage of the CPC with organizational power as its core,productivity as the guide,creativity as the center,execution as the guarantee,and development as the cornerstone,which have consequently shaped its five basic characteristics,i.e.the advanced nature,strategic forward-looking,scientific decision-making,governance performance and peace of development.And the cumulative superposition and mutual reinforcement of these basic characteristics have promoted the Chinese Communist Party to always stand on the forefront and dare to self-reform,constantly leading the Chinese people from victory to victory.The secret of success lies in the following five points’common action:a guiding force that leads the Chinese Communist Party in governing the country—the Marxist politician group;a mainstream ideology that guides the Chinese Communist Party in governing the country—Chinese Marxism;a principle of dealing with affairs that promoting the Chinese Communist Party’s governance of the country—the balance between gains and losses;a main system to guarantee the governance of the Chinese Communist Party—democratic centralism;a dominant sentiment that upholds the Chinese Communist Party governance—to serve the people.The road of closely combining institution with communitarians(organization)constructed by the leadership of the CPC has created a new realm of promoting public power supervision,national prosperity,and world peace and progress by Marxist mission-oriented political party.
