中医参与西亚北非卫生治理

The Participation of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Health Governance of West Asia and North Africa

参与全球卫生治理是中国未来一段时期内医疗行业发展的方向之一,随着'一带一路'的提出和相关配套产业的建设,西亚北非和中国的文化、贸易和政治交流也越发深入。中医药参与西亚北非卫生治理首先是全球范围医疗手段多样化的体现,其次是历史因素的内在作用,同时也有经济的外在推动,再者是区域国家的政治诉求和人民民心相通的结果。中医参与西亚北非卫生治理的途径主要是联合教育、服务贸易和医疗援助,通过这些途径,依靠'一带一路'建设项目,选取支点国家,启用本土人才,充分利用医疗资源和发展中医药高端医疗,能够稳步推动中医参与西亚北非卫生治理,提升区域医疗水平和促进中医药海外发展。

Participating in global health governance is one of the directions of the development of medical industry in China in the future. With the construction of the Belt and Road, cultural, trading and political exchanges between the West Asia and North Africa and China are also deepening. The participation of TCM in the West Asia and North Africa health governance is the embodiment of the diversification of medical means around the world, historical factors, economic, the demands of regional politics and the people of the West Asia and North Africa. To participate in the West Asia and North Africa health governance, TCM should focus on the approaches like global education, service trades and medical assistance. By taking these approaches, relying on the construction of the Belt and Road, selecting fulcrum countries, enabling local talent, making full use of medical resources and the development of high-end medicine, TCM can be promoted to participate in health governance in the West Asia and North Africa, enhance the level of regional medical and promote the development of TCM overseas.
