中国对外医疗援助政策效果研究——以上海援摩洛哥医疗队为例

中国对非洲国家的医疗授助是中非合作重要内容,对推动中非关系的发展起到了不可替代的作用。目前,随着中非关系不断深人,中国对外医疗授助,特别是援非医疗的机遇增多,但面临的挑战也在增多。如何在新形势下继续做好援外医疗工作,需要对过去中国对外医疗拔助政策的效果做些研究。本文以上海援摩洛哥医疗队为例,从政策效果评价的角度分析对外医疗政策的得与失。

China’s medical assistance to African countries has been an important part of China-Africa cooperation. It also plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of China-Africa relations. Currently, with China-Africa relations being deepened constantly, China’s foreign medical assistance, especially to African countries,faces more opportunities and more challenges. It is necessary to do some research on the effect of China’s foreign medical assistance policy under the new circumstance of how to continue to do the work of foreign medical assistance.Based on Shanghai Medical Assistance Team to Morocco, the general concern of this paper is to analyze the gains and losses of China’s foreign medical assistance in the angle of policy effect evaluation.
