万拉法新与阿米替林治疗抑郁症对照研究

Controlled study of Venlafaxine and Amitriptyline in the treatment of depression

目的 :观察万拉法新治疗抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法 :将 4 0例抑郁症患者随机分为万拉法新组和阿米替林组 ,进行双盲对照研究 ,疗程 6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HADM )评定疗效 ,采用副反应量表 (TESS)评定副反应。结果 :万拉法新组HAMD评分在第 2、4周比阿米替林组明显降低 ,两者有显著性差异 ,前者起效时间早于后者 ,但总的疗效相当。万拉法新组的副反应少而轻。结论 :万拉法新治疗抑郁症疗效肯定、安全、起效时间快 ,可首选使用。

Objective: To investigate the efficacy and adverse effects in the treatment of depression. Method: 40 patients with depression were randomly divided into Venlafaxine group and Amitriptyline group for a double-blind investigation.the total treatment time was 6 weeks.Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) was used for evaluating the therapeutic effect,while treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) for side effects. Results: HAMD scores of Venlafaxine group was more reducing than Amitriptyline group at the second and forth weekend,and significant difference between the two groups.the first took effects more quickly than the last,but the final theapeutic efficacy of Venlafaxine was similar to that of Amitriptyline.The adverse effects of Venlafaxine were less and lighter. Conclusions: Venlafaxine was effective and safe in the treatment of depression.And the effective time was short.It suggests that Venlafaxine might be one of the first-line antidepressants.
