60例孤独症患儿的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 60 Children With Autistic Disorder.

目的 :了解儿童孤独症的临床特点。方法 :对 1999年底到 2 0 0 0年底在上海精神卫生中心门诊就诊的 6 0例孤独症患儿的病例资料进行分析 ,6 0例均符合中国精神疾病分类方案与诊断标准第 3版中的诊断标准。结果 :在 6 0例中 ,平均就诊年龄明显大于发病年龄 ;被误诊为精神发育迟滞的有 12例 (2 0 % ) ;37例 (6 1 7% )母孕期损害及生产不利因素 ;35例 (5 8 3% )有偏食或厌食行为 ;18例 (30 % )有自伤行为 ,且自伤行为与语言功能障碍和智力水平相关 ;父母性格缺陷者占 5 3 3%。症状特点以语言障碍和社会交往障碍最为突出。结论 :早期发现、早期干预、做好围产期保健 ,对防治儿童孤独症有积极意义。

Objective: To observe the clinical manifestation of children with autism. Method: The date of 60 children with autism who hospitalized in shanghai Mental Health center were collected and analyzed.All the subjects were diagnosed according to CCMD-3 criteria for schicophrenia.A self-compiled checklist was to used to assess the patients' clinical features. Results: It is obvious that the average age of see a doctor is elder than the diseased age.12 of the 60 autistic children(20%) were made an errineous diagnosis of mental retardation.37 of them(61.7%) had birth trauma and the disadvantage of birth,35 of them(58.3%) were anorexia.18 of them(30%) with self injurious behaviour that were influenced by intelligence level and speech retardation.The most prominent symptoms were speech retardation and social dysfunction. Conclusion: The difference between the two groups indicate that early diagnosis and intervention,verbal ability training and effective antiepiletpic treatment are important measures to children with autism.
