天然橡胶和烯类单体接枝共聚所得的改性橡胶,显著提高了橡胶的耐磨性,抗張强度,弯曲强度等机械性貭。对改进天然橡胶的性能,延长使用寿命,节約天然橡胶原材料具有重要的意义,并且为橡胶化学的研究展开了新的一页。自从Bacon,Campagnon等开始研究接枝橡胶后,引起大家的注意。目前这方面的工作正在继续发展中。研究的主要問題大概有合成方法,分离分析方法,
The structure of graft copolymers from natural rubber and polymethyl methacrylate was investigated by means of periodate oxidation method. Interpretation of the result shows that in average for every main rubber chain of 1800 isoprene units was attached by a side chain of polymethyl methyacrylate of extent of polymerization 100.
