摘要
由于传统涂料易褪色且污染环境,如何发展新的染色技术已经成为环保领域的重要议题.随着光学领域的发展和纳米材料的进步,结构色凭借其无污染、纯度高等特性,有很好的应用前景.本文阐述了MIM结构和金属纳米颗粒对于结构色调制的光学原理,并将这两种方法结合,利用银、Al2O3、金几种材料制备了多层薄膜结构,通过改变薄膜厚度和表层金属颗粒的材料及形貌,提供了一种双调制模式下的结构色制备方法,同时根据这种体系的特殊光学性能,分析了这种体系的潜在应用.
How to develop new dyeing technology has become an important issue in the field of environmental protection due to the factors that traditional coatings fade and pollute the environment.With the development of optical field and the progress of nanomaterials,structural color because of its pollution-free and high purity,has good application prospects.In this paper,the optical principle of MIM(Metal-Insulator-Metal)structure and metal nanoparticle structure color modulation are described.By combining the two methods,a multi-layer thin film structure was made of silver,aluminum oxide and gold.By changing the thickness of the film and the surface of the metal particles and morphology,we provide a method for the preparation of structure color under dual modulation.The method has the advantages of low cost,simple preparation process and high production efficiency and it is suitable for large area preparation.Based on the special optical properties of the system,the potential application of the system is analyzed.
