复方苦荞麦及其拆方治疗2型糖尿病的研究

Study of complex fagopyrum tataricum prescription and its apart group on non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus rats

目的 :探讨复方苦荞麦及其拆方对 2型糖尿病症状及各项指标的影响。方法 :以链脲佐菌素尾静脉注射 ,辅以高糖高脂饮食饲养 8周 ,建立 2型糖尿病大鼠模型 ,然后分组给药 ,8周后采血检测血脂、血糖、SOD ,MDA ,NO等指标。结果 :糖尿病大鼠症状明显改善 ,血糖血脂降低 ,SOD活性提高 ,MDA水平降低 ,NO代谢水平改善。结论 :复方苦荞麦组方合理 ,对治疗

Objective: It is to probe the effects of complex fagopyrum tataricum prescription (CFTP) and its apart group on symptoms and indices of non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). Methods: The model rats of NIDDM were induced with injecting of β cytotoxins into caudal vein, high carbohydrate and high fat diet for eight weeks. Then blood glucose, blood lipid, SOD, MDA and NO of these rats were determined. Results: The symptom of NIDDM was significantly improved, blood glucose and blood lipid decreased, activities of SOD increased, MDA decreased and metabolism of NO was improved. Conclusion: With advisable composition, KQFF has significant curative effects on NIDDM.
