摘要
目的 探讨创伤性休克时重要脏器P -选择素的分布、变化及其意义。方法 复制大鼠创伤性休克模型 ,采用酶联免疫法 (ELISA)测定休克后 2 0min和 4h大鼠心脏、肝脏、肺脏及小肠P -选择素水平。结果 正常大鼠组大多数重要脏器的P -选择素均有表达 ,其中肺脏中P -选择素浓度最高。休克后 2 0min ,心脏、肝脏、肺脏及小肠P -选择素水平较对照组升高 ,但无明显统计学意义 ;休克后 4h ,各个脏器的P -选择素含量显著升高。结论 创伤性休克可导致体内重要脏器P -选择素大量表达 。
Objective To investigate the distribution, alteration and significance of P-selectin in vital organs during traumatic shock in rats. Methods Rats were subjected to traumatic shock and P-selectin in the heart,lung,liver and intestine was measured by ELISA after shock. Results P-selectin is expression in most organs of normal rats, with the highest expression in the lung. 20 min after shock, P-selectin in all organs was not significantly higher than that of normal contral. 4h after shock, P-selectin is significantly increased. Conclusion P-selectin is up-regulated in vital organs during traumatic shock in rats, which is associated with microcirculatory perturbation and endothelial dysfunction during shock.
