摘要
目的 探讨严重烧伤早期切痂植皮对血浆中炎性细胞因子含量的影响。方法 以 3 0 %TBSAⅢ度烫伤大鼠为模型 ,随机分为切痂组 (A组 ,n =3 5 ) ,非切痂组 (B组 ,n =3 5 ) ,A组动物于伤后 3h切痂植皮 ,采用放射免疫法检测血浆中IL -6,IL -8及TNF含量的变化。结果 两组动物伤后 1h血浆中IL -6,IL -8及TNF含量显著升高 ,A组切痂后较术前明显降低 ,与B组比较差异有非常显著性。结论 烧伤早期大面积切痂能有效降低血浆中部分炎性细胞因子含量 。
Objective To investigate the effects of early excision on plasma inflammatory cytokine level in scalded rats. Methods Wistar rats inflicted by 30% TBSA Ⅲ degree scald were employed as the model. Rats were randomly divided into escharectomy group (group A, n =35) and non-escharectomy group(group B, n =35). Animals in group A underwent escharectomy and fresh alloskin grafting at 3 postburn hour. Plasma IL-6,IL-8 and TNF were examined. Results At 1 postburn hour(PBH), plasma IL-6, IL-8 and TNF significantly increased in all rats. At 3 postburn hour was significantly. Plasma inflammatory cytokine level lower than that of preoperative level and that in group A. Conclusion Postburn early escharectomy can reduce plasma inflammatory cytokines effectively, which is helpful for the prevention and treatment of SIRS.
