甲状腺机能亢进症合并糖尿病的外科治疗(附23例分析)

SURGICAL TREATMENT OF HYPERTHYROIDISM WITH DIABETES -AN ANALYSIS OF 23 CASES

目的 :探讨糖尿病对甲状腺机能亢进围手术期的影响及处理。方法 :对 2 3例合并糖尿病的甲状腺机能亢进病人的手术前、后血糖和尿糖值及糖尿病的治疗结果进行分析。结果 :2 3例病人空腹血糖由入院时的 ( 1 3.0 0± 2 .68) mmol/L降至手术前的 ( 6.74± 1 .63) mmol/L及手术后的 ( 7.2 1± 1 .90 ) mmol/L;尿糖由入院时平均阳性 ( + )降至手术前全部阴性及手术后全部阴性 ,所有病人术后均恢复良好 ,无 1例发生糖尿病所致的并发症。结论 :将血糖。

Objective:To investigate the effect and settlement of diabetes on perioperative hyperthyroidism.Methods:23 cases of hyperthyroidism with diabetes were analyzed,including levels of blood and urine glucose before and after operation,and results of the treatment for diabetes.Results:Fasting blood glucose concentration in the 23 patients fell from (13 00±2 68) mmol/L(when admitted to the hospital) to (6 74±1 63)mmol/L (before operation) and (7 21±1 90) mmol/L (after operation);positive urine glucose(When admitled to the hosptial) changed to negative one (before and after operation).All of them had not got complications induced by diabetes.Conclusion:Controlling blood and urine glucose concentration within normal range is very important for the patients with hyperthyroidism complicated by diabetes to tide over perioperation successfully.
