黄芪对辐射损伤小鼠淋巴细胞增殖和IL-2生成的影响

EFFECT OF ASTRAGALUS MEMBRANACEUS(AM) ON LYMPHOCYTE PROLIFERATION AND INTERLEUKIN-2(IL-2) PRODUCTION OF MICE

目的 :从免疫学方面探讨中药黄芪对辐射损伤小鼠淋巴细胞增殖和 IL- 2的研究。方法 :用 1 0 0 %黄芪水浸出液定期给小鼠灌胃 ,行 X线照射后检测小鼠淋巴细胞增殖和 IL- 2的产生。结果 :用药组小白鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖和 IL- 2产生有显著增强 ,与照射组相比有极显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :黄芪有明显抗 X线辐射、促进小鼠淋巴细胞增殖和 IL-

Objcetive:To research the effect of AM from the viewpoint of immunology.Methods:Filling thestomaches of the mice with 100% water extract of AM regularly,shining them with X radiation and testing lymphocyte proliferation and interleukin 2 production.Results:The lymphocyte prolireration and interleukin 2 production increased significantly in AM group( P <0 01) and no side effect appeared compared with control group.Conclusion:AM could resist X radiation obviously and enhance lymphocyte proliferation and the production of Il 2.
