在大鼠生长发育中翼腭神经节一氧化氮合酶阳性神经细胞的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察在大鼠生长发育中翼腭神经节一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经细胞的变化。方法:用还原型尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸脱氢酶-黄递酶(NADPH-d)组织化学法及图像分析,对不同年龄组翼腭神经节NOS阳性神经细胞进行观察。结果:NOS阳性神经细胞在翼腭神经节中呈不均匀散在分布,密度自出生后呈逐渐下降趋势,到成年降至最低,并恒定直到老年。NOS阳性神经细胞胞体大小逐渐增加,至成年时最大,直至老年无明显改变。结论:翼腭神经节NOS阳性神经细胞自大鼠出生后继续发育直到成年,其变化有其自身的特点。 Objective: To observe the change of nitric oxide sythase (NOS) positive cells in pterygopalatine ganglion of rats in development. Methods: The NOS positive cells in pterygopalatine ganglion of rats on development were observed by histochemical technique of reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase (NADPH d) activity and image analysis. Results: The NOS positive cells are scattered in pterygopalatine ganglion. The increased somatic size of the NOS positive cells of pterygopalatine ganglion of rats was followed in rat′s development and to the largest in adulthood. There was no distinct difference between old and adult rats. Conclusion: After birth NOS positive cells in pterygopalatine ganglion of rats were continuingly developed until adulthood. The development of the NOS positive cells in pterygopalatine of rats is characteristic.
