The long-term effect of the repairing material for partial larynectomy in laryngeal cancer

目的 观察喉癌切除术后喉修复材料的远期效果。方法 采取颈部皮瓣 ,颈阔肌筋膜 ,胸骨舌骨肌筋膜 ,甲状软骨膜等修复材料行喉功能重建术 ,并对各种喉重建材料进行比较。结果 根据病人情况 ,合理选择以上修复材料 ,获得喉功能恢复的较好效果。结论 颈部皮瓣、颈阔肌筋膜。

Objective To observe the long term effect of the repairing material for partial larynectomy in laryngeal cancer. Methods Laryngeal function reconstruction with flap of the cervical part, platysma muscular fasciae, sternohyoid muscular fasciae and thyroid perichondrium was performed and a comparison of the different kinds of material for laryngeal function reconstruction was also made. Results Satisfactory recovery of laryngeal function could be reached based on reasonably selected repairing materials and the conditions of patients. Conclusion Flap of the cervical part, platysma muscular fasciae, sternohyoid muscular fasciae and thyroid perichondrium are the ideal materials for laryngeal function reconstruction after partial laryngectomy.
